Stopped here in the morning at MDW on my way back home. After seeing a breakfast sandwich at Hubbard Inn near Gate 9 going for over $15 (and not wanting to go to Dunkin' again for a donut and coffee) I decided to go down to Gate 14 to check out the other food options. I saw Porkchop with their breakfast biscuits going for$13.49 and decided to give it a shot. The Sausage was great, the eggs seemed okay, but the melted cheese on the crispy (not too greasy biscuit) was really good. I coupled it with a Gatorade which took me to under 20$ for breakfast (tots were going for $5.49). This was served up in front of you in cafeteria style and was provided by friendly helpers. It's airport breakfast, but very good quality. The price point is not so good at MDW airport

Got some breakfast from here. Didnt have high expectations going in so I was not to shocked by how sad it was. The brisket breakfast sandwich was cafeteria quality; basic BBQ sauce, half hard biscuit, simple cheddar cheese, and unflavored brisket. The bacon one being no better either.Being stuck in an airport while being almost forced to eat low quality food at restaurant price is getting out of handI do not recommend this place for breakfast.

I approached the counter at around 6:20 a.m., where I was the only customer. There were three employees gossiping about something that had happened the night before in their personal lives, and none of them engaged or even looked at me. I said good morning and received no response. I then asked for a large coffee and was told only, "Next counter." I encourage you to avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated as if you're a bother. Terrible attitudes. I walk down to Dunkin next time.

Wish I had read the reviews before I spent what could have been a steak dinner ($55.28) on mediocre food. Service was even worse. The girl behind the counter acted like she was doing me a favor. Pick any place else in the airport to eat.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on our way through Chicago. Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit seemed like a good gamble from this place. Biscuit was tasty but dry. And overpriced, though I have come to expect that from airport restaurants. And unfortunately, the staff weren't particularly friendly. Might be interested in BBQ at lunch time or dinner but I will try another place for breakfast in the future.

The food is worse than school lunch food. The brisket sandwich was like eating wood chips.

This place has the worse customer service Ihave ever experienced. I always wondered why they are never busy, now I know. The past Saturday I had a flight leaving at 2:30 PM. I made it to the gate right up from the restaurant at around 1:50 PM. I start feeling hungry so I ran over there to quickly get some food before boarding the plane. When I made it over there they had no customers it was 4 employees just standing there looking at me crazy. I told them what I wanted and that I was running late. This group was so nonchalant in fact the girl that fixed my sandwich I think she deliberately messed it up and I didn't find out until I got on the plane. I tried researching for a phone number but I couldn't find one. So, today I flew back in to Chicago because I'm a flight attendant and I decided to stop by there and asked for the manager. They called a young lady, who they said was the manager and I told her what happened. She apologized and offered me something to eat but I declined because I said it was too early. So, she said lunch starts at 10:30 come back then. I told her I had to be at my gates at 10:45 am for a trip she said no problem. I went back at 10:30 and a heavy set rude black lady by the name of Kay said you have to come back in 15 minutes. I went to my gate and luckily our flight was delayed. I came back at 10:50 Kay said it's not ready yet. I then said you told me 15 minutes. She said it takes time. Ok, I waited 5 more minutes and then I was going to say forget it But this time she was ready. When I told her what I wanted and asked if the manager told her anything she said no. Can you call her please. Kay grabbed the cordless phone and called somebody and said she's back. I could here the other person talking and she said what do she want. She told her the employee meal. She said ok. When Kay got off the phone I said have you guys been talking about me she said no my manager has. I said okI understand now why none of my co-workers or friends goes to this place. Because they are nasty from the manager to the staff. She had talked about me complaining to her staff Which was very unprofessional. The food is pretty good but I will never go back again. IHope this post helps someone. Their Customer Service is the worse in the airport. Thx

The best airport meal we have had. It is a little spendy, but so is all airport food. The portions were very generous and the fries were just right. I wish the sandwiches came with fries instead of an add on.

I got the brisket sandwich. The meat was sitting in liquid and literally had no smoke flavor or anything. The sandwich is $16.49 and they have the nerve to be using sweet baby rays bbq sauce. How dare you charge that much and not even have housemade bbq sauce?! The buns aren’t toasted either. The older white lady was standoffish, and borderline rude. She kept walking off on customers and not even acknowledging them except to say “what you getting?” If you just have to eat try them, go for it. Myself, $16 plus dollars for JUST an unflavored sandwich i’d rather have a pre packaged chicken ceasar salad and chips from the airport shops. I was very disappointed.

Employees are rude. They had no sides either. Can't take cash. Try putting up a sign, you could save yourselves a lot of grief. Maybe then the employees wouldn't be so worn out and rude. Pulled pork was soggy but tasted ok. Chipotle BBQ sauce was good.

Pulled pork sandwich was great. $17 for a sandwich is crazy but expected for airport food. Would rather spend the extra $7 to get a fresh sammy here versus the soggy sammys at the other spots. Would definitely recommend.

Zero stars if I could. We walked up at 10:20 to order sandwich. We couldn't see the menu because the connected computer was stuck on a BIOS reboot screen. We tried to order a sandwich, but the b*tch working there said they were only serving breakfast until 10:30. "Come back in 10 minutes." We came back in 15. The women in front of us tried to order breakfast and got rudely turned away. We tried to order sandwich again and were told no fries yet. I asked when fries would be available. She said "I dunno, I'm no the cook." F You...As I walked past 10-minutes later, I saw a disgruntled family of four getting turned away as well...

Not the friendliest staff. I asked how much brisket comes in the sandwich and the first guy told me 1 pound which sounded too good to be true. When he asked his coworkers, they said “I don’t know”. And then one of them told me “it’s a 1 inch spoon”. Needless to say that they only convinced me to not spend my time or money there.

Extremely long line and the only worker completely disappeared and went on a 20 min break without telling anyone. I don’t fault the employee…obviously the restaurant needs to hire more workers.
