Whoever made my sandwich on February 18th around 4:30 PM through online order you suck! You completely forgot three key ingredients on my sandwich like one ingredient I can see that but three come on and you guys weren’t even busy!

Potbelly sandwiches are excellent, but sometimes they can be a little bit dry. Make sure you tell the servers to add extra mayonnaise and oil to prevent eating a dry sandwich.

They always forget parts of your order at this location. I just ordered a salad, brought it back to my office and there is no dressing. This kind of thing happens all the time at this location. It is really irritating.

Preordered lunch, got there after estimated time. Still not ready after 40 minutes from ordering, had to cancel order to get back to work. Spent my lunch hour waiting around, left empty handed and smelling like burnt oven for no good reason

Very slow. We ordered a wrap and it took them like 15mins to tell us they were out of wraps and that we had to wait. They were out of regular size cups, so we got the large ones. Only to find out after paying that they were also out of most of the drinks. Overall disappointing

First time in here. The customer service was phenomenal! Lots of love and respect. These two guys working tonight absolutely crushed it! Best customer service experience I've had in this massive city. Thank you, I'll be coming back

Friendly staff and the sandwiches are OK, but there was a lot more bread than filling on the inside. The ingredients were fresh, but I felt like there wasn’t enough tuna fish, or vegetables that I ordered and the bread was very good. My tuna fish sandwich was $10. But if you go to Subway for about $3 less you will get more stuff.

Absolutely horrible. Go to the location on Franklin instead, have never had my order messed up there. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on the app and added a few toppings, only to find there was no chicken salad on it. This seems to be a consistent issue based on other reviews. I don’t understand how the main ingredient could be missing and no one catches it before it’s packaged.

Thanks for ruining my lunch, no where in my order to I ask for spicy giardiniera. pulled all the pieces off but the juice was everywhere making my sandwich inedible!!!

This location is very hit or miss. Some days, they are on the ball and things are ready on time. Other days, mobile orders routinely are running 20 minutes behind the ready time quoted by the app. It just shouldn't take 30 minutes to make a sandwich, but somehow it does. Then there are 30 people hovering around the pickup counter waiting for orders. They clearly aren't staffing properly Tuesday through Thursday when a greater number of people are working downtown. Additionally, I have repeatedly gotten incorrect orders. Typically they give me the wrong bread selection, which I don't discover until I'm back in the office and it's too big a hassle to go back and have them fix it. The managers of this store need to be better.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Corporate needs to do something about this location ASAP!! The worst service I’ve EVER EVER experienced at any potbelly in my entire 25 of living in America. They refused to listen to my order and I knew they weren’t listening to my order and were going to get it wrong so I asked for someone else to take my order and they also got it wrong. I can not believe that they have people who are this inconsiderate, careless, and just plain RUDE working here!!!! I will NEVER order from here, nobody in my building down the street orders from this location becuase of these people treat customers. They told me not to and I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and did it and I regret the $25 I spent here more than $500 I spent on absolutely NOTHING over the weekend. I hope they shut this place down

This location is disappointing. Likely having difficulties with hiring given they’re consistently short staffed and the line workers are untrained. Not their fault, but it results in long, slow lines and incorrect orders. There’s a few locations around here that are better staffed, just go there instead.
