Extremely poor customer service experience, I ordered an avocado turkey sandwich with specific toppings, salt & vinegar chips, and a complimentary cookie. However, upon returning to school, I discovered that they omitted my free cookie, substituted jalapeño chips, and forgot to include the requested toppings in my sandwich. When I called to address the issue, they requested that I return to the store in the cold weather for them to "check the bag" due to camera limitations. The unhelpful woman offered to either remake the sandwich or issue a refund. This encounter with their customer service was extremely disappointing, and I have no intentions of returning. I will also warn my classmates to steer clear. Interestingly, my teachers had a similar experience just last week. Next time, consider offering to comp your client's next order and ensuring they receive their complimentary cookie.

The neighborhood Potbelly I always order from. Sammie’s are always great!! The app gave me a free dessert with my order for my birthday month, so I chose an Oreo shake. Little did I know the crew was also going to send me a free cookie as well ? bless your hearts everyone working there! ? thank you so much!

I went to this Potbelly today after swearing I would NOT patronize another Potbelly after Nov 6 fiasco (and still waiting on Corporate to call and get my refund). I wanted some soup (Chicken Pot Pie) plus it was cold and dreary outside and this would hit the spot. I took my chances and found this Potbelly just 2 blocks away from my daughter's school.OMG what a difference. I was greeted with a smile, it was clean and the staff was professional. UNLIKE THE TAYLOR STREET LOCATION (2 HORRIBLE INCIDENTS - NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN... THANKS TO THE MANAGER FROM HELL/TAMIA). Taylor Street needs to take note from the Milwaukee store and learn how to treat the customers, clean the store and definitely work on their attire, personality, etc. Taylor St location needs an ENTIRE MAKE OVER/OVER HAUL. Thank you Milwaukee for rhe good food and positive experience. ?????

This place normally delivers but recently let me down. I was excited to try the new limited edition gyro flatbread. I asked for extra onion and tomato … they put three tomatoes on my sandwich. Not to mention the flat bread was stale. Very disappointing after having watched YouTube reviews on the sandwich to the point I got off my sofa and had to go get myself one! Le sigh. Not sure what happened but hoping they bounce back like I know they can!

Bad service no respect asked how much bacon was extra and her response was idk and then she asked me if I still wanted the bacon …. I asked for a skinny and got a regular and was charged for a regular when I specifically asked for a skinny …. The sandwich wasn’t even cut in half and was thrown together very sloppyVeggies were cut to giant portions didn’t seem like anybody wanted to be there just miserable vibe they were constantly in the back ….I witnessed one customer receive attitude when she asked for her salad dressing what’s up over here ????!

This Potbelly has the lowest quality food of any Potbelly I have been to. I have given them numerous tries to get my salad right - yet consistently have brown/slimy lettuce, moldy tomatoes or fatty/undercooked chicken. Today I picked up my order and it had spoiled lettuce. When they remade the salad for me, sent us home with spoiled dressing so we had to walk back over to show them. They do not care about their food quality at all and I have given them far too many chances. Buyer beware on spoiled food if you visit this shop.

Confused by the low ratings here! They have had some issues of people walking in and stealing pick-up orders so now you have to pick it up behind the counter. Their app is so easy to use and they have great new sandwich menu options. I also like that there's so many different sizes and things you can change about each sandwich (e.g., no blue cheese and more provolone in their steakhouse beef). My usual favorite is their Italian or Mediterranean sandwiches. They also have a huge selection of chips. Employees are nice here and don't skimp on ingredients!
