The neighborhood Potbelly I always order from. Sammie’s are always great!! The app gave me a free dessert with my order for my birthday month, so I chose an Oreo shake. Little did I know the crew was also going to send me a free cookie as well ? bless your hearts everyone working there! ? thank you so much!

I went to this Potbelly today after swearing I would NOT patronize another Potbelly after Nov 6 fiasco (and still waiting on Corporate to call and get my refund). I wanted some soup (Chicken Pot Pie) plus it was cold and dreary outside and this would hit the spot. I took my chances and found this Potbelly just 2 blocks away from my daughter's school.OMG what a difference. I was greeted with a smile, it was clean and the staff was professional. This place normally delivers but recently let me down. I was excited to try the new limited edition gyro flatbread. I asked for extra onion and tomato … they put three tomatoes on my sandwich. Not to mention the flat bread was stale. Very disappointing after having watched YouTube reviews on the sandwich to the point I got off my sofa and had to go get myself one! Le sigh. Not sure what happened but hoping they bounce back like I know they can!
