I ordered online today. I got to the location about 10 min before my scheduled time. The line to order had about 15 people in it. Very crowded and busy lunch rush hour. I didn't see my name on the screen, so I took a seat at the table to wait. The young lady behind the register asked if I was waiting for a pick-up and asked my name. She couldn't find it in the pick-up orders. The order dropped in their system like 1 minute later. I waited maybe 8-10 minutes after that for my food to be prepared.
Everything was made perfectly. The sandwich was great, and the soup was good. However, after eating a bit and then taking a break to work and then eat I noticed the soup thinned out drastically. When I initially started eating it, it was nice and thick and creamy. It could easily stick to the spoon. By the time I got to the end, it was sooooo watery. I didn't like the texture change. I guess you have to eat it quick. I did add the included Oyster crackers, maybe thay did it? Idk.
Nothing too serious to keep me from going back. Next time, no soup for me!
Parking: Pay to park. Spaces on the street are available but get taken quickly. There are a few lots close by.

The person who serves at breakfast is rude and miserable. Absolutely no customer service skills. Today I couldn't be bothered to be glared at and have my food thrown at me so I left, and I won't be back to this location for breakfast. Management please look into this, she needs training or she needs a better attitude.
