YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE.
I walked in and ordered a sandwich in person. Super simple. Hammie with mushrooms with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, oil and Italian seasoning. They repeated the order to my face.
What I got was bread, once slice of ham, sprinkles of lettuce and one pickle. I paid extra for the missing mushrooms btw.
The best part is when I called, you asked me to come back in to pick up a new sandwich. SERIOUSLY? I'd like my money back.
Perfect for lunch in the loop
Love this particular Potbelly. They know me by name, always greet me with a smile. Great staff, terrific service!
