Rita was such a delight. I did not know it is her family business. She was cheerful, helpful, took time to chat and make beautiful sandwiches to go.Riding train back to Minnesota and what a treat to enjoy these wonderful sandwiches and lemon cake!!!! Thank you

This morning I walked by and on a whim I came into the store. I figured I would just be getting a regular breakfast sandwich and call it a day. But when I walked in, I was greeted by the sweetest person ever— Rita. I had never been here and asked what I should get. This was my first time in and I ordered the "Chicago Cheese Stars", which is quite literally a sandwich with 4-5 different cheeses on it, with the thought that it could be toasted. When I asked if they could toast it for me, one woman behind the counter explained that they don't their sandwiches because the bread is fresh and it ruins the taste (totally understandable once explained).
