Forgot my wallet at home today and needed lunch. The manager allowed me to have a sandwich as long as I come back to pay tomorrow since I frequently stop in for a sandwich. Needless to say, her kindness did not go unnoticed. Five stars all around!!
Ordered one bowl of soup online for pickup around noon. The website claimed it would be ready by 12:15. We got our order at 12:48. We weren't the only people waiting for a long time, and this isn't the first time we've had to wait longer than the estimate. There's two issues here, from what I can tell. One: the online order system does not give real estimates. Two: the staff do not have the tools or ability to handle the lunch rush and online orders. One guy seemed to be trying...read full review

I just had my very first Potbelly Sandwich and I live in Los Angeles. We don’t have Potbelly out there. ? I had a chicken mediterranean sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar and thought the food was tasty! Service was friendly and fast. No complaints from me! There are a few high top seats.
