I ordered delivery from potbelly. It came in a sealed bag. However half my order was missing (the chips from the combo, as well as a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup) and to top it off they used it the wrong bread making the sandwich (I had indicated another type of bread on the app). I will not be ordering again.

Exceptionally good potbelly location. Consistently high quality sandwiches and service. Notably higher attention to detail than other potbelly locations downtown.

Ordered online but ate inside an Italian double toasted, got it almost burnt with 4 thin slices of meat, 1 of each kind. I've ordered hundreds of Italians before and never got skimped like this, I asked the lady at the counter if that was all the meat that comes on it and she said yes. I think they just messed up and wouldn't admit they made a mistake and make me a new one, I've ordered from the merchandise mart about once a week so I hope this was just a mess up, pretty disappointed they couldn't make me a new one for a regular customer, skimpy meat and burnt.
