Always fresh and clean in here. Never a wait and staff is always very friendly and kind. I like this location in Merch Mart! Always getting something different and it's always yummy for a quick lunch.
I LOVE THE MERCHANDISE MART STAFF AT POTBELLYS :) THEY HAVE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER DERRICK AND EMPLOYER DAVANTAE EVEN DOE The cuStomoers can sometime be rude they still keep the same GREAT ENERGY HIGHLY RECOMMEND :):):):):):)
