After not having Potbellys for a couple years I was excited to find one minutes away from home. I ordered an original wreck on white with no peppers and no tomatoes. Excited to try the sandwich I take the first bite to get a mouthful of peppers and realize there's also tomatoes on it along with being drenched in oil. I was so excited only to be disappointed and not be able to enjoy my sandwich.
I actually feel this is one of the better Potbellys. However, my last visit felt rushed and very hostile. I was ordering for other people. I felt rushed which made me forget some of the customization of my order. The young lady who was assisting me responding to my confusion by hollering and rolling her eyes she said. "You keep forgetting stuff"! She was notably upset. I apologize for the mix up. I understand that this could be frustrating but this could have been...
Even understaffed, customer service didn't suffer one bit.
