One of the best Potbelly restaurants I’ve been to. The food was fresh, the store was clean and the customer service was a good yet professional experience. All the employees were great and Lilly was very engaging and enhanced the customer service experience. I’ll be back soon.

The food was tasty, but more important than that, the employees were completely delightful. SO NICE!! I have never been to Chicago before and these people made me fall in love with the people of Chicago.

This specific potbelly location is always a hit or miss. Sometimes I get excellent food, sometimes I get mediocre food. I’m writing a review because this last time actually bothered me. Ordered 2 sandwiches on uber eats. One for my friend and one for myself. One sandwich was completely wrong. Ordered turkey and I got tuna. The other sandwich was correct but was barely toasted and was missing most of the items and condiments I added on. Total order through uber eats was $40....
