I was there for two subs. The young lady in charge of toppings was incredibly bad. Her only job is to listen to what ingredients you want, then put them on. I got 4 ingredients on each and she took those orders separately. She got two wrong on each sandwich. I caught 3 of the errors, I corrected her one the first one, then just let the other two pass, bc it was annoying to have keep correcting her. When I sat to eat mine, I noticed she forgot the oil on my Italian. It was dry. The lady in checkout also had an attitude.

Went there for lunch January 3rd after an appt before our 7.5 hour drive home. The staff was awful. They acted as If we were idiots the lady checking us out actually made such rude comments about how people never tell what they got. It's your communication skills that are lacking. Wouldn't even speak to us as people or aknowledge us. Like we ruined her day. I'll pray for her because she obviously needs it.

On 12/29/23 I walked over to the counter where a cashier was standing right in front of the register phone in hand scrolling, without even looking up or putting her phone down, she asked in a bothered tone “what would you like to order?”. That’s NOT how you address customers, plus, not even wearing gloves as she grabs a bowl to pour my soup after she had her hands on cellphone. The food is good and the rest of the employees courteous, but there’s always that one person who skipped the CUSTOMER SERVICE course.

Thos place is in luries children's hospital, it has an extremely high volume of traffic coming through. All the staff is super fast and always so friendly. When we found out our son had cancer my husband had being crying and the one worker said you look like your having a bad day and paid for my husband's good. Food is always fresh tasting.

I love Potbelly, I think their Italian sandwich is really tasty. This would have been 5 stars, the guy in front of me tried a new sandwich with a ghost pepper sauce, I asked if she could put it on my sandwich. Her reply was no, only on the chicken sandwich. A dollop of sauce cost maybe 5 cents, would have been good customer service, but too many workers don't get it.

Totally skimping on meat and ingredients. Seems as though they are trying to save in costs. My sandwich was essentially bread only. They also have their chicken in bags on tops of the oven. I’m not sure if that is sanitary.

probably the worst potbellys i been to …the staff is very rude , the managers never help with anything…the food is never made right they have 1 manager who attitude always shows i wouldnt recommend this place to no one.

I come to this potbelly quite frequently as it is close to my home. There is one woman who works there (usually in the evenings) who is nothing short of miserable and rude. Every single time I have been there when she works, I am taken back by just how rude she is to everyone. I have recently started ordering online for pick up solely to minimize the time I have to interact with her. Today, I pick up my order and ask for a mayo packet and she doesn’t even look for one and goes “we don’t have mayo packets.” as another employee is already reaching for one to hand to me. I see many other comments regarding attitude from who i’m assuming is the same worker. That might want to be addressed.
