Don't know how these companies think they can charge $13 for mediocre fast food sandwiches in this economy. Was worth it when these were 5-6 bucks in the not so distant past. Hopefully the market will teach them a nice lesson.

This potbelly location is clean and the workers are very kind here. They take their time with each sandwich and it never feels rushed or like you didn’t get too much of an ingredient. Overall, the sandwiches, soups, and salads are made well. If you haven’t tried a shake I suggest that as well (all flavors are great).

They forgot to add the chicken salad to my chicken salad sandwich. Sort of a key component, not sure how they could forget it. Pretty disappointing considering gi spent close to $80 on 6 sandwiches and some chips

I work here and then I tasted everything and it really is the highest quality ingredients and making sandwiches. We always serve people with a smile and the atmosphere is great for friends families or even dates.

The food is very delicious and the service is timely. About half of the workers are very rude and snappish. The other half of them are very kind and genuinely provide great customer service. They need to get their customer service more on point and they'd be a great restaurant.

I've been going to Potbelly for years and have noticed the standard has really started going down recently. The last three online orders I have made have been incorrectly filled. Three times they ignored an instruction to not put meat in a sandwich and two other times they used the wrong bread. The frustrating thing is that the label they put on individual sandwiches, when ordering online, shows the instruction not to have meat in it but they ignore it. The two stars is because it happening once is a mistake anyone can make, doing it repeatedly shows a poor standard of service.

I ordered lunch for 2 for pick up. I was instructed to pick up my order at 1:40pm. By 2:10 pm my order was still not made and I needed to make an appointment so I asked to cancel and receive a refund. It’s been 12 days since I was promised a refund, and several calls later, I still haven’t received my money back. At this point this location/ team/ company has stolen my money and my time.

Pretty efficient crew most visits, but they lack in customer service. If they have multiple online orders ahead of you, they WILL ignore you. Barely ever a hello and we'll be with you in a minute.
