I organized a corporate outing for my colleagues at the historic Palmer House. I chose Potter's for a more casual yet upscale feel. Our experience was outstanding and extremely well-organized. I have to give credit to Jay, the Director of Outlets. I was blown away by his level of professionalism and genuine care. If you are looking for an intimate corporate outing, look no further. This is your spot.
Went last night and it’s truly a hidden gem. The prohibition style ambiance and cocktails are so fun! Loved that mushroom flatbread. Get the black Manhattan and peacock for cocktails! Ask for the secret menu- maybe you’ll get it ;-)
Potter’s Bar is a legit spot if you’re looking for a good time and a retro vibe. The cocktails are on point—got myself a classic Old Fashioned, and it did not disappoint. I also tried one of their Chicago-themed burgers (the Windy City Burger), and it was killer! Juicy, perfectly cooked, with all the right toppings. The boozy milkshakes are a game changer, too—definitely worth a try if you're in the mood to get fancy with your drinks. Ended up dropping around $25...
