Fine Mocha, lovely staff! The chairs are, however, most likely designed to make sure nobody sticks around longer than 10 minutes! I can imagine trains stopping at Ogilvie have more comfortable seats! :D

Staff is friendly & they do a good job of keeping items stocked (even during rush hour). It's a very convenient set up and is always clean. Only complaint, for every Pret I've been; eating yogurt with a soup spoon is a bummer.

I love Pret!!! Everything there is made fresh daily, and whatever they don't sell they donate at the end of each night!!! I love buying from places that have ethical business practices. And to top it all off their food is amazing. I usually get the caprese sandwich or the egg on brioche breakfast sandwich. Everything is delicious and fresh. I would highly reccomend.

Hot breakfast is never "pret a manger" when I come through the station around 6:10am. The staff, service, and coffee are good.

The coffee is worth the price and their policy regarding left over food is awesome. However food wise I found things good but underwhelming for how much you pay. There are much better places to spend $9+ on food within the same block.

Food is always fresh and very good. Everything is made fresh each day. This location is very well designed and pretty. It's on a corner with large glass windows. Staff here was very friendly and fun to talk to. This is close to my office and on the way to the train. I will be going here a lot!

Can I give this place 6 stars just for customer service?! I recently visited Pret and as it turns out, they had discontinued my favorite lunch item. I casually asked the cashier about what had happened to the Power Bowl since last week and it came to light that unless I was able to single-handedly keep it afloat by purchasing five a day, it just really wasn't that popular and was hence was discontinued. Even though I'd found a totally acceptable replacement, the staff (Dion, i believe, and the manager) made sure to make my lunch experience exemplary. 10/10 will be visiting this Pret again.

I've never had a coffee at pret before but I was so pleasantly surprised. The price for the latte is very good ($3) compared to other coffee shops and the quality is pretty great! The knowledgeable barista was super friendly and she made my latte just perfect!
