I can't really comment much on the food or anything they sell really, but this review is regarding the place itself: it's annoying as hell when you are a commuter from the metra trains and walk past this place every morning on your way outside and they're blasting awful music at 7:30AM, very loud and annoying.

This is my favorite place. I love their lobster roll I hope they decide to keep it. It's the best lobster roll I've tried. All other have a lot of butter and bad buns... Coffee is good (no oat milk yet) and they have nice sandwiches and salads. If anybody from Pret management reads this lobster roll price and taste is right on the spot so please keep it forever. I like store design it has nice atmosphere going around. One more thing any Pret I've visited (and I visited a lot) have fast and pleasant service. Keep up the good work.

Fine Mocha, lovely staff! The chairs are, however, most likely designed to make sure nobody sticks around longer than 10 minutes! I can imagine trains stopping at Ogilvie have more comfortable seats! :D

This is now the second time I have been charged for an item that was not given to me during the morning rush. The staff moves quickly, but they are inattentive. If you do business with them, do yourself a favor and check your order and ask for your receipt each time.

Sandwiches, salads and grab and go snacks featuring a lot of whole, fresh foods. Solid healthy lunch option. Love the beet hummus, coconut greens dressing, the salads are very fresh and delicious. Perfect portions at a decent price. Many vegan options and limited processed ingredients. They also have organic coffee, baked goods and other odds and ends like raw almonds. I also love the fact that Pret is so transparent and collaborative about their journey towards sustainable packaging and a more earth friendly operation.

Staff is friendly & they do a good job of keeping items stocked (even during rush hour). It's a very convenient set up and is always clean. Only complaint, for every Pret I've been; eating yogurt with a soup spoon is a bummer.

I love Pret!!! Everything there is made fresh daily, and whatever they don't sell they donate at the end of each night!!! I love buying from places that have ethical business practices. And to top it all off their food is amazing. I usually get the caprese sandwich or the egg on brioche breakfast sandwich. Everything is delicious and fresh. I would highly reccomend.

I absolutely love the food here! Pret A Manger is the only place I will ever consider stopping at when I am in a rush on my way to work, they are SO fast here and the food is healthy. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because they do have a handful of really rude employees, and it can be a crappy way to start your day.
Hot breakfast is never "pret a manger" when I come through the station around 6:10am. The staff, service, and coffee are good.

I regret going here and unfortunately will never give my business to another Pret. I ordered a falafel sandwich on Friday for lunch and woke up with cramps and diarrhea in the morning. I am sure it was not the salad I had Friday evening as once I tamed my stomach for a short while, I began vomiting pieces of falafel and tortilla. My food hasn't ever come up in over ten years mind you. Be cautious and do not spend your money unless you favor stomach issues.

The coffee is worth the price and their policy regarding left over food is awesome. However food wise I found things good but underwhelming for how much you pay. There are much better places to spend $9+ on food within the same block.

Food is always fresh and very good. Everything is made fresh each day. This location is very well designed and pretty. It's on a corner with large glass windows. Staff here was very friendly and fun to talk to. This is close to my office and on the way to the train. I will be going here a lot!

Can I give this place 6 stars just for customer service?! I recently visited Pret and as it turns out, they had discontinued my favorite lunch item. I casually asked the cashier about what had happened to the Power Bowl since last week and it came to light that unless I was able to single-handedly keep it afloat by purchasing five a day, it just really wasn't that popular and was hence was discontinued. Even though I'd found a totally acceptable replacement, the staff (Dion, i believe, and the manager) made sure to make my lunch experience exemplary. 10/10 will be visiting this Pret again.
