I’m very disappointed at whomever is working Wednesday mornings for mobile orders. Not only did I find a long red hair inside of my frittata, but I also received a chicken avocado salad instead of the chicken salad sandwich I ordered.
I’m assuming that whomever read the order ticket didn’t read it all the way and assumed that I ordered a salad. Then what was even more egregious, is that I called this location to speak to management regarding the quality control and issues with lack of attention, and someone answered, didn’t speak, then disabled the phone entirely so that they wouldn’t have to deal with phone calls.
Not sure if things are always be like this, but this location clearly has workers who do not care about their job, pay no attention to food safety, and couldn’t care less about making sure delivery orders are correct.

I have been at this location several times and each time the service has been amazing. Even when they are extremely busy, they make sure to engage with you and apologize for any wait. Ariadna is amazing. She is attentive and sweet and goes out of her way to remember her customers and make it a personal feel when you come in. The kind of feeling you want your go to spots to have.
