I really liked service here. Was surprisingly disappointed to see that the chicken soup didn’t have chicken meat. The soup itself was delicious. However The stores in UK and France have chicken meat in the soup. Frankly I feel cheated. I got a chicken sandwich and the bread didn’t taste or smell fresh.

I wanted a coffee and this Prêt was conveniently located near my hotel. I bought a caramel iced coffee and they didn’t put the caramel in it. I got a hot Bacon Egg Cheddar which had no flavor to it. When I was about to pay for my order the lady at the cashier said she had no cash with an attitude. I didn’t know what to do because I only brought cash and everything was in my hotel room. I apologized and said cash is all I had, she just looked at me like I was the problem. Before I could walk away, another cashier decided to take me on her terminal which had cash. It was just a humiliating experience.

A favorite place for a snack or lunch and a coffee. Across many cities, Pret has been my go to when I need something to eat and don't want to think too much.. good options, fresh, flavorful.

Great food and service but the music was so loud.I understand that places do that to increase turn over but it was giving me and other customers a headache and making it difficult to get work done.

One of the best almond croissants I’ve ever had was at this place. Coffee is okay and I liked their sandwiches more in the UK than in US but definitely repeat for almond croissants.

Catering/delivery blocking condiment station with dirty carrying bags. Had to wait... Went through three empty pots to pour a cup on the fourth. Cashier was friendly..

Pret it consistent: you'll get something worth eating, and quickly.
