I do not recommend. They gave my cake that I paid in advance for to someone else. That is a horrible first impression on a company. They weren’t even going to call me to tell me about the mix up I had to call them. They didn’t confirm with me or anything they just have my cake to some random person. This was a special occasion and I’m extremely disappointed.
Everyone love our cake. The lemon and strawberry flavor is amazing. Everyone one wanted a second piece of this amazing cake. I highly recommend Pretty Kakes Chicago. The owner Krystal is amazing also and she provided great customer service and she communicates very well.
