A small business serving up some very delicious items . It was very busy which is always a good sign !! The employees made sure everything ran very smooth so wait times were minimal. I want to thank you guys so much for going beyond for me this past Sunday, 9/22. I’m in love with your taffy apple cake and came an hour and half away from Indiana to get some for myself and a coworker, so she can be addicted too. When I made my order unfortunately there was none ready for the day. One of the girls working, both girls were great by the way, made a trip to the back no questions asked besides how many pieces I needed, and made sure I left with my taffy apple...read full review

Brown Sugar Bakery offers a variety of moist and flavorful cakes and cupcakes at a reasonable price, making them great for birthday gifts. While the customer service is good, the lack of seating means it’s mainly a grab-and-go spot. The bakery is always busy but the line moves quickly. Customers enjoy the caramel cupcakes, red velvet, and the taffy apple cake which is made with love and butter. The turtle cheesecake is also a favorite. Whole cakes, specialty cakes, pies, and juices are available. The staff provides great customer service, always with a smile, and will go beyond to help. Many customers find the bakery is worth the trip, with some traveling from far away for the best cakes ever.
