The best milk tea I ever had- it is not overpriced, boba fresh, and the tea are not overly diluted with strong flavors. I come here every time I need groceries at 88 market.
fire tea
Great spot!!
banger boba!
Drinks are OK. But the experience here is terrible.
1, Some times it is only one person working and a 20 min wait for a drink. 2, there are no Menu on the counter. You have to check the only one at the window. When it is crowded you can’t see anything. It is super difficult to see what I want. I told them this multiple times and they just ignore. Now there are more options in the mall I won’t can’t here again.
Great milk tea, strong tea flavor.
we love getting a boba tea after dining! we both enjoy Lychee Green Tea and Black Pearl Milk Latte!
This place is pretty, warm, has inside seating, is inside the mall in 88 market. It’s decorated nicely. The teas are well priced in that they are not overpriced. They make the teas fresh. It’s a $0.65 cent up charge for bubbles. So it’s very reasonable. Enjoyed the tea here and will return. Clean, pretty, nice freshly brewed tea and charge of bubbles or crystals are slightly cheaper than other places … tasted good.. can ask for less sugar .., nice seating even if it’s small … inside 88 market so nice to shop after or before tea. Inside is a nice ambience. It was also warm w heat blasting bc it’s still cold outside in Chicago like 35 degrees F. So it was cozy. Recommend Pure Tea.
My partner got the lychee smoothie and said it was the best smoothie she's ever had. I got a hot matcha milk with red bean and it was amazing, with so many red beans! Will definitely come here again to try some of the other options.
Taro fresh milk with sago is the best!!!! Lychee green tea with lychee jelly is also awesome! Love this place whenever I get a chance.

Red beans went bad so the tea tasted bitter. The temperature of the drink was excessively hot, and the lid was not sealed properly, leading to a spill that burned my finger. I really wish they ensure food safety and serve drinks at a safe temperature.
Cute shop with an amazing selection of teas. The employee was friendly and our drinks tasted great.
One of the best if not the best boba spot in Chicago. Beats all the chains in the area. I am all the way in Uptown and drive 45 min each way to come here couple times a week. Tea is very flavor full, boba is just right. Very friendly staff thats always accommodating. 11/10 and would recommend. Stop by before or after shopping for groceries/eating.

Love Pure Tea. Easily the best milk tea in Chinatown. I recommend reducing the sweetness levels because the drinks are usually on the sweeter side. They’re super generous with toppings and I highly recommend trying their boba and grass jelly. Don’t sleep on their fruit, fresh brew, and milk teas!

Order 3 same boba tea with same sugar level and 2 of them taste like water. Went back to ask to remake and she say she added more sugar but taste the same. Very beautiful shop but the drinks are off.
