Worth the wait on a busy Christmas evening. Friendly staff and delicious food! Will check the other location closer to where I live, Seattle.

Many thanks to this wonderful restaurant! My family celebrated Christmas dinner at Qiao Lin Hot pot and we had a fantastic time! The dinner itself was delicious, all the people we interacted with were so kind and considerate, despite it being a very busy night for them! The food was super fresh and amazing and my picky teens devoured everything! We ordered the beef short ribs, marinated beef, seafood platter, extra quails egg, Napa cabbage and baby bok choy and all were deliciously fresh! It was also great that they added more broth to our pots as this helped to keep it tasty and allowed us to take food home! We also had a great time talking to each other and the waiters at the restaurant too! One of the best parts was the staff carefully packed our left overs so we were able to have another delicious meal the next day! We will definitely be back again!

Vermeil pleasant experience. The servants were very attentive, they withdrew our plates and dishes and all we did was just kept eating. Around $50.00 per person. Definitely will be back!

Made a reservation but didn't seat us until 20 minutes after. Food was good and so was our server!

We got a half and half pot with one spicy and the other the collagen chicken soup. The spicy broth was nice in the beginning but became very salty as the broth boiled off. Other than that, the food items were great and service was on point. Halfway during our meal they jacked up the music to unbearably loud levels making conversation difficult. The place is busy and noisy enough, please keep the music at a lower level.

This is one of the best HotPots I have been to. The food is very fresh and crisp. The broth has a great flavor and just enough to keep you wanting more.

There were flies crawling all over the table and jumping in our food. It honestly made us lose our appetite and would never come back here again. This is the only hot pot place where flies were everywhere.

This place is so cute! Our server Christine was lovely and took care of us. The food was fantastic - especially the scallops! Will definitely be back soon!

THIS IS A MUST TRY DINNER SPOT! Qiao Lin Hotpot serves many types of meat, with many vegetables and drinks! They have a sauce bar, and the place is decorated modestly and ancient-like at the same time! The staff were very nice, also giving us forks and spoons for my younger sister and cousins. The sauce bar also gives us a variety of different sauces.

Came all the way from North Carolina to try this! A very authentic hot pot and it tasted so good. Customer service is also great and the half portion idea is fantastic. Definitely coming back in the future!

The wait wasn't bad at all since we were able to make a reservation prior to arriving! Seating for the waiting period was very limited but you could walk through the mall during your wait.
The menu options were great and the staff were extremely helpful/friendly when we had questions. Had one server that gave recommendations and put together candies for us.
Complementary ice cream popsicles after the meal were a nice creamy delicious surprise!
They were busy so there was a fair amount of noise but not to the point of being a disturbance or negatively impacting our experience.
Would love to come here again in the future!
