Delicious broth and high quality meats and vegetables.

The water tastes weird, and if you want bottled you have to pay for it. Also their dishwasher must not be very good because a majority of the bowls/plates/silverware has food left on it

We had an amazing dining experience at Qiaolin Hotpot yesterday, visiting their downtown location for the first time. Everything we ordered was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service was outstanding. The staff were attentive and made sure we were well taken care of, and our food arrived surprisingly quickly. We ended up ordering so much—probably more than we could finish—and left completely stuffed! I highly recommend Qiaolin...

This was my first time visiting the new Qiaolin Hotpot location in downtown Chicago, and it did not disappoint! I’ve been a fan of their Chinatown location for years, as it’s probably one of the most authentic hotpot spots you can find in the city.

At first, it was a little tricky to find the location since it’s on the second floor, and parking downtown is always a challenge. However, they offer free parking with validation, which is such a great perk,...
