Queenie's Supper Club offers delicious food and excellent service, making it a great dining option before events at the United Center. Standout dishes include the Sea Bass, Filet Mignon, Crab Cakes, Prime Rib, Salmon, and Pasta. Guests often enjoy the complementary cheese bread and lobster bisque, which has been described as phenomenal. While there have been issues with communication between the restaurant and the United Center staff, causing difficulties for some guests trying to enter, the staff are noted for being friendly, helpful, and on top of everything.
However, many diners have mentioned that delays in getting drinks and food can be significant, especially during peak times before games. This situation may require the restaurant to consider hiring more staff or adjusting the number of tables. Despite these challenges, the quality of the food and service within the restaurant is consistently high, making it a wonderful place to dine. The lively atmosphere can be a bit loud, especially in the Atrium section, but this does not deter guests from returning for the excellent meals and drinks.
