I had been wanting to try Quesabirria Jalisco for quite a while, and when I finally made it in the other night, it completely exceeded all of my high expectations. Absolutely incredible! The quesabirria here is out of this world. Every bite melts in your mouth and hits all the right notes of savory and spicy. The service was fast and super friendly, and you can tell the food is made with real care.

The tacos themselves were a sight to behold: perfectly crisped, chili-stained tortillas hugging a generous filling of succulent, shredded birria and gooey, melted cheese. I indulged in the Birria Noodles portion so large I had some to take home.
