Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I had been thinking of going to this restaurant for a long time, but I was hesitant as it is a chain. I do have to say it’s by far the worst chicken chain in America. The employees are very nice and that’s the positive Takeaway. However, the chicken fingers were ice cold, and they’re tiny compared to what I envisioned I would receive. French fries were cold also. I really had good hopes for their chicken, but I’m 100% let down. No flavoring really it’s just breaded chicken with no flavoring. Understand this is a recommendation to go to KFC or Popeyes which is 100% better and Walmart. Fried chicken is also 100% better. The food in my picture was over $13 and I wouldn’t have paid more than five for it and I’m just being completely honest. I feel very very very let down.

Food is great teast but service is just horrible. I just order to go and when arrived home Fries was like a Small combo and I order Caniac the big one and said was 6 pieces of tender and just give me 5 pieces. I don’t know why people play with time and money of customers. I called previous review twice and they don’t answer phone. So here is your review

I had very high expectations for this chicken but it was not good. It was tasteless.
I have to give it credit for not being too greasy compared to other friend chicken chains.
The fries were good and their famous sauce was okay. Beyond that, I wouldn't recommend this place of you're looking for a good fried chicken

These incompetent workers for some reason cannot understand what it means to ask for no ice in something and instead put in so much ice that it takes up half of your cup. It is a scam, do not trust them and get on them about it or get scammed

I ordered dinner for my family—four of the same combo meals for delivery. Instead of reaching out to me, the restaurant decided to cancel and refund one of the combos, claiming it was unavailable. However, when I called the store to ask about it, they confirmed they did have it in stock. This means someone simply didn’t bother to include it in my order.

As a result, after waiting over an hour, one of my kids was left without food. This kind of service is unacceptable. A simple phone call to offer a substitution would have been appreciated, but instead, our Sunday family dinner was disrupted. Extremely disappointing experience—I won’t be ordering from here again.

Good but expensive. Add a value meal.

I had a brilliant time at this Canes! Mr. Murray provided excellent service and ensured my customer experience was pristine. This may have been the best brunch of my life. I will be returning. I’m a changed man.

I absolutely love this place! It’s spotless—the entire restaurant is shining clean, and I noticed they clean every 2 minutes to keep it that way. The workers are incredibly respectful and go above and beyond to help, even offering to clean up your table after you eat. Everything about this Cane’s is amazing, from the food to the service. I highly recommend you come here for a great experience!
