It was a cool little vibe in there. I came for what I came for. I’m given them four stars because the people working there were great, but I would prefer my chicken to be fried extra crispy, and I did ask for no ice and there was ice in my drink, so a deduction one star for accuracy.

Yeah, so just slowing down, you know, and paying attention to details, that’s all. I’ll go again for sure.

There are only fingers, no wings, but the chicken is very tasty, the sauce that comes with it was especially nice. The fries were salty. The place is crowded on weekends and the cleanliness is a bit lacking.

Great tenders for fast food. Who eats coleslaw?

The place is quite busy but the sitting arrangement is not suitable to handle that. Also, calling out the names from the delivery counter in such a busy and noisy place is not the best idea. The staff are nice and the food is good. However the floors are a bit sticky and have a lot of spots from heavy foot traffic. Changing the seating arrangement to accommodate easier movement is necessary.

The food is fantastic. I heard about this place on social media a lot so I decided to try it out and it didn't disappoint. Only downfalls are the high prices and this rude employee I encountered when I first ate from here, but the food is awesome so that doesn't matter at the end of the day

I’d probably give this location a 3.5 but these tenders hit hard today so I bumped up the score. First off, this place is ALWAYS busy, so prepare appropriately. Also, I had to take a star off because both times I’ve been here, they forgot parts of my meal. The first time they forgot the fries and the second time they forgot the Texas toast. Still, the food tastes great and it’s generally pretty quick service despite how busy it gets. (If you get everything you ordered)

UPDATE, it took over 20 minutes but I did end up getting the missing toast after I went back and asked.

WORST Cane’s I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered for delivery and opened the box to this. Never got the extra sauce nor the extra toast. CLEARLY ordered the Caniac Combo which should have included 6 chicken tenders but there’s only 4 scraps in the box and barely any fries. Food is cold, just ruined my appetite. Don’t understand how you could mess up how many chicken tenders goes into each combo unless employees aren’t checking it right.

Qualty of food and service was super. Our only concern was we visited this located and a member of our family uses a wheelchair and the main doors were locked from the inside, rendering the door useful to enter from the outside of the restaurant and not the outside -- there was the turn style door but a wheelchair can get through one of those so this limited our ability to enter into the establishment and we had to wait until someone came out to 'enter the location.

Parking: I took fries and they don't give sauce or ketchup or anything with it. I didn't notice. Disappointed 😞

This location is conveniently placed in an affordable option, especially if you have a large group. Lots of seating! We pre-ordered 12 meals that were ready when we got there. Was a little disappointed that we asked for a glass for water and were told we had to pay for the cup even though we spent $200 on food.
