Hi! I love the food, but I just had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Rosslyn. The person at the counter threw my food at me, was incredibly rude, and laughed at me while I was speaking with the manager. A total lack of respect.

The food is good, but I’m gonna have to remove stars because of the customer service. 😕 When I first entered, I wasn’t greeted. The associate just stared at me, as if to say “I don’t have all day. Are you gonna order anything?” She had the most stony expression… It was only my second time here, so I was quite sure I had not had any negative encounters with anyone.
