Excellent service and very friendly staff. Molly is wonderful and has definitely made our dinning experience delightful. The food is excellent and I really enjoy the avocado crab salad. It has become one of our favorite places to dine. Ralph Lauren has many healthy options. Really enjoy the cheese crackers. A must try for Chicago dining. Reservations highly recommended.

I really love this spot! The ambiance is super cute and the baristas are always so friendly, which makes the experience even better. It can get pretty busy on weekends and they do have a 45-minute seating limit during peak times, but honestly that just shows how popular it is. The coffee is delicious and it is such a fun, photogenic place that is perfect for Instagram shots. Definitely a great stop if you are in the area!

Please offer coffee in a ceramic or glass mug/cup, not in a plastic cup. Love the soft serve, but please make it with 100% grass fed raw milk. Pasteurized milk cause inflammation in the body. The Great Plains have amazing fertile nutrient dense soil. You can get started on RealMilk.com Otherwise the store in general is super cute. P.S. please make the first floor half man and half women’s, especially the view from when people are waiting in line to place an order. Remember that it is mostly women who share post on social media and the primary shopper in households. Also, please expand the cafe next door, we need more seating area.

The atmosphere commits to the green and white color scheme. It almost feels a little sterile? But it definitely improves with nicer weather and more guests. The decor is cute. It's nice to sit and just look around. We went on a cold, rainy day, so it was quiet and not very busy.
They sent me a clearly used dress what smelled perfume, body odour and was covered in dog hair! I wanted to return it immediately but their website does not work, nobody is available for chat ,not possible to create a return label! iv paid enough money to receive a new un used dress!Never again from them!

Stopped by Ralph's Coffee to pick up a mug to gift to a friend. This shop is located within the Ralph Lauren store right on Michigan Avenue. This establishment is beautiful, which is what you would expect from anything associated with the Ralph Lauren brand. The coffee is pretty great too, I hear!
