I’d recommend the Rosemary drink, the ten hour ramen, lemongrass shrimp and crab ramen, the fried chicken bun and the purple yam chesscake.

Ambiance: 5 - Such a lovely spot since stepping in. We got here little after opening around 11 on a Sunday and it was quite crowded for that time. It was snowing, though.
Food: 5 - We tried the Wagyu Italian Beef Ramen, limited edition, and was so unique. Rich and deep broth with a hint of Italian flavors with soft beef on top. Chicken Shio was probably my favorite broth. The Katsu Tonkotsu was also super scrumptious. So thankful their food is lite and yet filled with so much umami.
Service: 5 - Our server was so friendly calling us, "my friends" every chance we had and really felt like she was our friend.
Drinks: 4 - Highball was pretty good along with their teas.
Go early or at the right time and be sure to try everything - you won't regret it!
