I love the food, love the vibe but can someone please tell me why the host is so aggressive and rude? Tried to message and call we were going to be a bit late to our reservation because of an accident on the road. She said she couldn't guarantee a seat, which is completely fine and understandable for a Saturday night in Chicago. However when you're 8 minutes away it's rude to give away the table. NOT only that when we arrived there was open seating & booths...

Staff is super young - they seemed to be short staffed though. Sweet server, yummy drinks & food! Affordable too!! The karagge had a kick but is extra yummy! Brussels were bomb too!
