First sat down at bar. Bartender greeted me then disappeared. 20 mins later I left never being waited on! Large bar but only 6 people sitting there and 4 had their drinks and food. Clearly they need more help.....

Came in between lunch and dinner rushes so it was slow. Service was ok, had a couple of mess ups on our orders and took a long time to get fixed. So long everyone was finished with their food by the time the fixes arrived.

Food and beer was good though. We were worried about the Draft pours as our taste samples were poured with 90% foam.

I always get the totchos. It’s always amazing! Service is quick!

Update: They got rid of the totchos!!! Why would they get rid of the best thing on the menu????

This place doesn't live up to what Chicago fine dining is supposed to be. Ordered their steak and it was subpar meat at best. Brought a party of several people and half of them got sick from the salad.

been here a few times and everything is always great. the AC was out when we were there, but that never changed the quality of food or service so I'd definitely recommend going

No AC. Would not recommend unless you enjoy group suffering. At least we all melted together. We can officially call it a bonding experience 🤦🏻‍♂️

Stopped by Randolph Tavern before a show at the Cadillac. Had the Nashville Hot Dipped Chicken sandwich with fries and a pint of local IPA. Chicken was crispy with a nice kick, and the brioche bun held up well. Fries were hot and crispy. The place has a classic tavern vibe with wood accents and a long bar. Service was friendly, though the place was a bit loud for conversation. All in, spent about $25. Solid spot for a pre-show bite.

Went at 7.15. Kitchen was closed. Check first and be aware. Shame, it looked good

Fine. FYI - They have happy hour on every day including Fridays, but not Thursday. Weird

The food is good. It's as described on the menu. It's not hot, its not pretty, its not memorable. It's another restaurant in the loop. It's also quite expensive for what it is.

We had a blast here. We had great service. Darius was our server. It is right near Cadillac Palace Theater. Longest bar we've ever seen and super cool. The later it got the more packed it was in there. Thankfully we went early! Food was great and large portions! We need to go there again!

We stopped in to this location before leaving Chicago as it was close to Union Station. It was pretty slow, but the service was good. The drinks were average and the food was OK. This is a nice little pop in spot for bar food. I would say it was pricey but it is chicago and in a popular location. It's not a place I would intentionally return to. My friend did however say her drinks were delicious, but she didn't eat her cod meal.
