a nice spot with relaxed vibes. I got an iced chai tea latte. Has a lot of seats. Might be too noisy if crowded, but a decent spot to escape to from the more busy coffee shops in Chicago

I absolutely loved the vibe here! Very cozy and vintage. There’s so much charm and character. I stayed here for several hours to study. I had the veggie melt on a bagel and it was fanTASTIC!! The prices are very affordable. I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back.

Been here many times over the year. The owner lady is always very nice, making and serving food and beverages with a kind and gracious manner. I usually order the breakfast sandwich with crossiant which is in my opinion very fresh and delicious. Coffee is always hot. Nice quiet space to chill alone, get work done or hang out with friends. Always able to find seating easily. Street parkings are easy to find as well. If you're looking for a quiet local cafe, Red Eyes is a great choice!

My friend and I ordered the cortado. The espresso used was strong but not bitter 👍 there wasn’t a lot of milk to have made it into a latte. It was perfect and tasted wonderful. And it was served with a lovely smile by the sweet owner. Thank you!!

Espresso is VERY good. The vibes: Immaculate.

Any college students want him to study and just get some time to themselves; or a small low key coffee date with a significant other.

11/10 visit on a nice fall day

Definitely not the place to grab coffee if you're in any kind of rush. But a cozy, quiet, sunny spot to sit with a coffee and a pastry for an hour or two. A great place to get some reading done. And the quiche always comes with fresh-cut fruit.

Ordered 2 iced lattes and got 1 iced latte that tasted like iced coffee with milk in it. Not my kind of place for an iced latte, won't be back.

Went to this super cute cafe in the neighborhood earlier today for a pineapple smoothie. It was delicious! Plus the person who took my order was kind enough to throw in a little bag of fruit snacks for free -- totally made my day! ☺️ Highly recommend you stop here for a smoothie or quick bite if you live nearby or are just passing through!
