I am currently sitting at the Red Lobster at 5201 S Pulaski, Chicago, IL 60632 with my husband. Oh my God, the service is horrible. They are so disorganized. We waited for about 20mins to get a seat then waited for at least 45mins before someone came to take our order. The person didn't just come to us. I had to ask to speak with their manager. The manager didn't come but someone came to take the order. Then we waited another almost one hour before the food came. And of course they messed up the order. I told them I didn't want butter in my food but they still added it anyways. The food was cold. I requested for orange juice and after waiting endlessly, I had to get up to go remind the person about my drink. They totally ruined this Valentines day for me and my husband. I wish I had listened to him and stayed home to cook dinner. Such a waste of time and a total waste of my hard earned money!

NB: I am forced to give one star because this platform wont let me post without at least a star. It should have been zero star! Absolute zero! This is my second terrible experience with Red Lobster.

I ordered delivery directly from this Red Lobster location. My dessert didn't arrive, and they didn't send any message to indicate it was missing. When I requested a refund, they instead emailed me a coupon... a week later... that is only valid in person or for in person pickup... that doesn't cover the cost of the dessert including tax, much less tip... that expires in three months. Absolutely ridiculous. It's not like this was a token to apologize for a bad experience, I paid for something and didn't get it.

Super disappointed because I was excited to see they would deliver to my location, and the food we did receive was good -- I would have ordered again. But not after this experience.

The platter we got was very mid. The lobster was not soft and moist but tough and chewy. The baked potato was hard and not cooked enough. They ran out of biscuits and strawberry lemonade. Not the greatest location. If you can, drive a little bit I would do that and go to a different location.

Went to this location last Saturday night. Upon arrival we noticed it was not busy in the slightest. Even so, we stood at the entrance for over 5 minutes before one of the workers noticed us and had to get the hostess. Not sure if the lobster tank was so blame but the front of the restaurant had a foul sewage odor. It also took a long time before we were served our cheddar biscuits, the waitress said they were making them… I also ordered a margarita that I’m sure they didn’t put alcohol in, as someone who doesn’t drink regularly and hadn’t eaten all day I was able to finish my drink with absolutely no buzz which is annoying as the drinks are not cheap. Although the food and waitress herself were okay, I definitely won’t be back to this location.

I ordered my food at 11: 52am today and the Uber never came with my food so the Uber driver gets free food that I ordered and paid for I do not blame the store I just want Red lobster on 55th and Pulaski in Chicago that the Uber driver stole my food that I ordered today at 11:52 a.m.
