Red Snapper - Hyde Park what a disappointment. I just left you place about 10 to 15 minutes ago. I went there as usual i had my registered support dog who has been in there numerous times and was rudely treated by the casher older female with finger waves or wig or whatever. I told her if she had looked she would have seen his ID and etc. I asked her if she was she going to take my order and she rudely said what do you want. I hate poor to horrible customer service. I don't know if she was overwhelmed with the students that were in there and forgot how to talk to an adults but the $20+ I planned to spend went right out the door with me. its sad since i really wanted the 3 item combo, my Pepsis and something sweet. ?

The service was terrible when I got home and opened my meal I realized I was scammed , can’t believe the inconsistencies with these people it looked like they only added half the amount of catfish nuggets they usually
I purchased a small catering tray of wings for a small party of mine. it turned out that the wings were old wings that were over-season to hide the fact that they were old chicken wings. Biting into it, it was obvious that they were stale and a smell that only happens when the chicken is no longer good. Totally disgusting and will no longer be purchasing from here.

Today, I ordered an Italian beef and sausage combination. I get home, only to find there was NO SAUSAGE in my sandwich. I paid $10.99 only to be SHAFTED by this establishment. They even called OUT the order for pickup as I had ordered, but still no sausage to be found. Who do I blame? The cook?

12/18/23 chicken is old and black! How are y’all ok with serving paying customers this? Fresh chicken is supposed to be crunchy, and the meat is supposed to be white and juicy. This tastes microwaved like it’s been reheated, not coming here anymore.✌️

12/12/23 I called in the order after viewing the menu online. I Ordered a 20 piece w/fries for $15 special. The young lady, who took my order decided to ring me up for the same 20 piece with fries at a different price. Once I show them their website, what they had on there they proceeded to call the Manager Amir. He responded. “The price is the price, and he cannot accommodate me being charged additional money, and he was not honoring that price, even though it was on the Hyde Park website”. So I was charged what they wanted to charge me instead of what the website price stated.
