My partner brought me here all the way from Forest Park , I’ve never been here so I asked the person behind the counter what comes on the burger he points toward the board I said , excuse me whats comes on the burgers he replies look at the board it’s up there “ I’m appalled because I’m a new customer I didn’t order online I want customer service!!! I will never go back even though the food was ok

Don't believe the hype. Hamburgers are pretty good. Fries are undercooked. (No crunchies) Hot dogs are outright bad. Shrimp are ok. Location was old and outdated. Soda machine was broken Staff were courteous, but cold and disinterested.
Ok....I originally scored a 3, but revised to a 4. A large part of my disappointment is because of how hyped this place was on Reddit. There are better places. Hell, portillo's is significantly better. But they aren't "3" bad. Just not worth the effort.

Could have been a 5 star review if the service was fair. I asked for ketchup and they said it was in the bag. Everyone else was given a squeeze bottle for dine in. I was also dining in. 3 packets of ketchup weren’t enough for all those delicious fries. Why was I not given the option of a bottle like everyone else?! Not happy.
Very over priced. Burger is over hyped and the shrimp is very fishy. Overall paid $42 for a burger, shrimp and 2 polishes. Definitely only the spot to go to after a drunk night tbh.

I saw this place on Tik Tok. I drove all the way on the Westside for a double cheeseburger, fries, and shake. After a couple of bites, I rushed to the bathroom feeling sick. I told them and the service was not accommodating.

I came in to get my food! The lady had an attitude because she just sat down and had to get up to give me my food! Instead of handing it to me she sat it down on the far end of the counter about 5 feet away from where I was standing, completely rude for no reason! Bad customer service
