At first, it was a little tricky to find parking, but once I got a spot, it was worth the trip since the burger and fries were very fresh and delicious! It's great that they have an eating area so you can enjoy your food while it's warm.

First off all, I came in, got ignored by 2 employees after I said âhello.â 2 more came up front, wasnât greeted by them either. Finally after like 2 minutes of everybody just staring at me without a word- I decided to just start ordering. When I was leaving I asked for ketchup and the girl just looked at me and looked away. Also âspecial sauceâ has horseradish I think?? Wish I wouldâve been warned. Overall good burger and fries but wonât return

The price was great to get an order with a used mask layered amongst it! I was completely disgusted to see the used stained mask in my bag of food layered on top of my fries!

The burgers here are actually really good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Tonight around 11:50 pm, I asked for ketchup and was told by two employees that I couldnât have any because they were âclosing.â They wouldnât even give me ketchup to go.
I understand closing procedures, but basic customer serviceâespecially for something as simple as ketchupâshould still apply while youâre open. Great food, but the customer service tonight really missed the mark.
