Friendly employees and great service.
I wanted to try what Chicago pizza tasted like. Decent pizza even though I don't prefer deep dish pizza.

Rude staff.
We had a short layover so not enough time to make it outside the area. Who puts cold unmelted mozzarella cheese on an Italian beef? Skip this place and find you a more pleasing, pleasant place to get a bite to eat.

The young, tall female was rude and disrespectful when my family and I tried placing our order. I will never return, and the food wasn't worth it.

Fast, delicious food in a so-so place. Stuck in O'Hare grab a bite of the local fare.

The base was frozen, dry as a result.
Still, it's a good option, given you get hot food right out of the oven for only 11-12 bucks that'll fill you.
Compared to other options at the terminal.
They had cheese, peperoni, & sausage options.

Pizza was great!!!! However the manager gave horrible service. I asked when my pizza would be ready and she an attitude because I interrupted her and another employee who was off duty. I asked for plates and she slammed them on the counter, as if I was bothering her and did not ask if I needed condiments. As a customer service manager, to keep customers returning (as if this review would make a difference) Treating people who spend money at an establishment, should not have to endure such disrespect
