This is a steakhouse right on busy Michigan Ave. by The Loop. Quite frankly it wasn't my first choice for a reservation on Saturday evening, but I hadn't started looking early enough. In the event we were pleasantly surprised by the casual but elegant ambiance, large portions and general high quality of the menu offerings, and especially by the courteous and solicitous service. Our server was very attentive and not overbearing. The food was exceptional. All of us ordered a different salad and each of us were pleased. My only disappointment was I specifically said in my reservation this was an important Birthday for my guest and there was no mention or attention given to that element. very disappointing. If you are not going to acknowledge a special occasion, please don't ask. The food service and ambiance was very nice. Thank you.

Food was great. Service was so so. Waitress was not very attentive. Brought the wrong meal to my husband and couldn't remember what he ordered. He had to ask for his drink twice. Seated in the bar area which was noisy. View of the park was very nice.

Large bar centered with ample seating and TVs. Spinach and Artichoke with chips were fresh. Burger had a fresh grilled taste, not fried and cooked medium as expected. Beer options are scarce, but still cold enough to drink 😝

My mother and I went here. The ambiance and atmosphere felt so warm and relaxing. We ordered the Lobster deviled eggs and the Ribeye. Both were great! I would not say they were anything outstandingly phenomenal, but they were very good. Our waiter was very accommodating and kind. Enjoyed thoroughly!

The food and service are always good at Remington's (for lunch, drinks and dinner). The steak sliders with bleu cheese and the chicken dip sandwich are delicious. Plus, the location is convenient on Michigan Avenue with very close parking in the Grant Park garage.
Great food and great setting next to grant park. Dry rubbed, aged New York strip was very flavorful.
