All the food was great. The espresso martinis were heavenly. The service is impeccable but the star of the show...... the lobster Deviled Eggs! I will stop anytime I'm nearby!!!

Took my wife here on Valentine's Day. Didn't have a reservation but we didn't have to wait at all. The appetizer's, entrees, drinks and desserts all came out pretty quick, and it honestly wasnt too expensive considering how good it was and the location. My wife's prime rib sandwich was incredible, but the the 16oz Prime Rib I got was one of the best steaks I've ever had. Very nice and clean ambience inside, but even with all of that, the best part of this experience was our waitress, Janee. Super knowledgeable about the menu (recommended the chicken chilli soup, which was also delicious), very friendly/outgoing, quick to serve us and checked back often. Being younger, we are used to not getting great service (probably because people assume we won't tip well) but this was the best service we have ever had, by a mile. Loved this place and her so much. She needs a raise ASAP

Staff was great, atmosphere was pretty cool. I will say the food was very mid. It unfortunately reminded me of TGI Fridays in terms of quality. For the price I don’t believe it was worth it.

My partner and I came to Remington's for Chicago Restaurant Week, and we both had the Lobster Deviled Eggs and the Prime Rib. Both were PHENOMENAL, and Remington's did not skimp out for CRW. The portions for the entire meal were great, and a glass of wine was included in the meal. Overall, I'd recommend the food and booking a reservation for Chicago Restaurant Week!
A complete failure of service. If you're a person of color, be cautious—you may never see your server.Oysters were decent. Desserts and mains were forgettable. The meal started badly with a glass of bitter water. After nearly ten minutes, the hot water clearly tasted off. No server came by, so I had to walk to the host stand myself. There was zero apology—someone eventually replaced the water, but no explanation for the strange bitterness, which was genuinely concerning. When the server JP E finally took my order, he leaned his entire upper body onto my table, offered no greeting, and answered questions with a lazy, indifferent attitude. Shockingly unprofessional. I've never had a McDonald's employee lean on the table, let alone a sit-down restaurant. Then came the real nightmare. Every course required at least 20 minutes just to get the server's attention, and another 20 minutes for the food. I spent about 100 minutes in the restaurant for two oysters, half a sandwich, and barely touched dessert—roughly 85 minutes were spent waiting. Multiple times, my server chatted and laughed with neighboring tables, then briskly walked past mine, repeatedly and blatantly ignoring me. After more than 30 minutes waiting to close out, I had to go to the front twice to ask for a to-go box and the check. The front-of-house staff were equally cold—someone slammed the box on the table without a word. Unreal. At first, I assumed this was about my age. Then a well-dressed Black and Indian middle-aged table sat nearby—and during the 20–30 minutes I was waiting to pay, they were also left waiting just to order. At that point, it felt like more than coincidence. French dip is wildly overhyped—the meat was cold, fries were hard, cold, and overly salty, and somehow still took 30 minutes. It tasted worse than Subway. The oysters were genuinely good—I wanted to add half a dozen, but couldn't flag down my server (LMAO). The brownie was overly rich but fine. I wish I hadn't gone out at all
We went there for restaurant week. The menu was excellent and service very good. I will definitely be coming back.
