Exemplary service and quality cuisine all at an affordable price? Rice Thai Cafe is your place. I'm only now leaving a review, but I've happily eaten here many times. Kim, the owner, is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. (She even knows me by name now!)
