Food: hot link, mild but really good. Rib tips, I'm sorry, not tender and juicy or even cut nice. Sauce was decent, I was pleasantly surprised. Barely any fries. Like, I could count them. Lol Service: girl that took my order could care less about me or her job however, the lady in the back that came out to take an order to someone was super nice and made up for the less interested cashier. Not sure where these reviews coming from, I went across the city thinking this was great bbq!! Food had no taste, BBQ sauce was bland, meat was tough service was okay no smiles or nothing to make you feel appreciated although the service was fast. Would not recommend and would not be back.

The food was good and customer service was great. I didn't like that it took so long for us to receive our order but the employee was very apologetic and kept us updated. We were very appreciative that we were offered something for our long wait.
