Food was decent but could’ve used some more seasonings , but overall good.Service was horrible and the management from 5/3/24 was no help, didn’t even accommodate for the inconvenience. Shouldn’t take no 30 mins for an 10-12 minute order. Atmosphere was ok. Even though it is well known, I recommend the restaurant to do better-especially with Customer Service and support and recommend stop signs for people crossing the street from the parking lot to the street!

I just wonder why if someone has a food allergy they will not accommodate. Is is that hard to make a salad with no tomato if your loyal customer is allergic.Like it is so hard to put a salad together to please a customer

My overall at the restaurant is very pleasant. I love the diversity of the restaurant. The food is very good and flavorful .I recommend both chicken sandwiches and the pizza puff is fire .. I would love it if it was bigger! The hot wings are good as well... and you can get pizza ? by the slice !!!! Italian ice is good, too ?Parking: Parking is always easy it's right across the street from the restaurant.

Their entire menu is good but the breaded steak sandwich is the best on the planet. They have a way of getting the steak so tender that other places cannot match. Nobody else even comes close. Ricobene’s is the original and one of the best places in the city.

Restaurant looks quite good from the outside as a historic Italian eatery however food was average at best.The large style pasta is served in a bucket which was a whole new experience. The sauce was generous but in all honesty, it didn't taste much different from a tinned spaghetti.The Chicago Dog was very average as well.As a restaurant, I would highly recommend that they serve their food on proper crockery with metal utensils rather than the paper plates and plastic utensils they provide.

Eh. BBQ sauce smells bad, sandwich was absolutely loaded with it to where (a to go order) when I opened it everything was covered. Fries were average at best. Cookie was a standard dry turano chocolate chip cookie that you wouldn't go back for another.On the plus side my dog will probably like it, so it gets a second star for that.Update: dog licked it once then ignored it ?♂️

Friendly staff, great food, great service, great place. The breaded steak sandwich with giardiniera and mozzarella cheese is the best sandwich I have ever had. My buddy got 2 slices of cheese pizza and he absolutely loved it. Can't recommend this place enough.
