Service was horrific. 4 total tables had people so not busy at all. We waited for 15 minutes and after 10 we got the old I'll be right with you. Security guard ended up taking our drink order? What? Another 15 minutes for drink to arrive and now waitress shows up and takes our food order. We order appetizer and dinner. I asked to be sure appetizer came out first. You guessed it they all showed up together. Waitress was not well trained or helpful. Some random guys from kitchen were doing most of our service. But she was trained well enough to show up with the check and wait for her tip on her handheld as she hovered over my shoulder. Hey Rizzo if this is your investment you should be deeply concerned. Shameful.

Perfect spot for pregame at Wrigley. We go before Cubs games in summer and went NYE before Winter Classic. Still decorated for holidays made it very festive.

Very poor service. We came for a prepaid event and they claimed to be out of wine, aside from their top shelf option which is 3x more expensive than any normal wine option.
Food was very poor and overall, extremely overpriced and overrated. Topped off with a dash of rude and arrogant staff.

went in at 5:00pm for their happy hour special $8 espresso martini, was charged $19 for them.. assuming we misread the sign we let t go until re-reading the sign as we walked out..

We were there for a Buffalo Bills game. Our server, Sabina was fabulous! Very attentive, professional and sweet. Had an awesome time on this particular Sunday!!! The next time we find ourselves in Chicago, we will definitely head back to Rizzo's.

We went there with friends to watch the first NFL Sunday football games. It was a great experience from the staff, food, and overall environment. The staff was attentive and responsive to our groups’ needs. We will definitely be returning for more experiences as this is a 5/5 place in the Wrigley area!
