Had dinner here with my friends, Vivian was serving us and she did an incredible job. She was so nice and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing, some of the best service and food I’ve had in Chicago. Couldn’t recommend this place more, genuinely one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

We have been going to Ron of Japan for 30 years. 1) excellent food value for Japanese Habachi 2) though the restaurant hasn’t changed in 30 years, that’s what makes it the best. 3) Their Shogun dinner has a lobster the size of a small boat, the kind you remember as a kid… just go.

We had a great experience here! The food was delicious and the portions were large. Everyone in my party had leftovers to take home. I would recommend the filet, it was one of the best I’ve had at a hibachi restaurant. Our chef was very kind. I would come again!
