Worst experience ever !!!!! Our room was vandalized, we came in and see everything upside down a total mess, we literally ran to the front desk to find help, but they really didn’t care about our feeling disorder . Yeah we were traumatized and it was like we didn’t count .the stuff did not to a thing until the next morning when you choose to call the police. They haven’t any security cameras on the hallways All our bags were widely open . In their system it is shown that someone entered the room, but they couldn’t find out who. Whatever such a bad experience.

I know for a fact that there are building codes and rules of thumb regarding the number of elevators per rooms. I also know that elevators are expensive to maintain. Some corrupt deal was struck between the developer and the City of Chicago here. Less expense; more revenue. The Chicago way! One of the worst hotel breakfasts ever. Rainforest Alliance “gourmet” coffee was tasteless. Ice machines on two floors didn’t work. Computer system down on check-in. Scratch towels. The employees are unionized and sullen.

Everything was excellent! Hotel location is great, walking distance to so many amenities. Nice restaurants around. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. I had messaged ahead for a higher floor room and the hotel accommodated my request (it was a lovely view). We were within walking distance from most tourist attractions and popular restaurants. All in all, our visit to Chicago was unbelievably enjoyable, and our stay at Home 2 Suites was just as lovely.

When we arrived early we were greeted by Tobu at the front door. He set the bar high for the rest of the hotel staff. He was so nice, and very helpful. The front desk staff was wonderful as well. Everyone friendly and accommodating, and we were able to check in early. We walked in our room on the 16th floor, although well appointed, we were hit with a strong smell of mildew. It was awful, and never dissipated during our stay. The other issue is the water pressure in the shower. I've not experienced a hotel shower with so little water pressure. It made rinsing in the shower a longer experience. The location was ideal for our weekend although there are other hotels in the area. Because of the daunting smell in our room I would be likely to shop around for our next visit. Which is unfortunate considering how lovely the staff performed during our stay.

From pulling up at the front entrance to checking out, this was an ideal hotel for several days. Excellent location in downtown Chicago, large suite, nice sitting area, great kitchenette, many drawers and shelves, great shower, friendly & helpful staff!

It was a nice and pleasant stay. The hotel is close (15 min walk) to the Michigan avenue and the River walk. A lot of coffee shops and restaurants near by. Nice and cozy place. I would choose this place again. I give 4 stars due to shortages of staff that caused a waiting lines and poor service for the breakfast (no plates at some point, no tableware, no food). Overall, it was a nice place.

Stayed here to attend a concert at the United Center. Location, price and access to parking were the 3 major factors in choosing this property. Hotel was around the corner from a Target (small market place) and restaurants. We were able to park and walk. Rooms were very clean except that it felt as though the floor had just been shampooed and it was damp and sticky and made the air in the room feel humid. I usually don't walk bare foot on hotel carpet but a quick trip to the restroom is sometimes necessary. Also, I called and requested an extra blanket but it was never delivered to my room. As far as feeling appreciated as a Hilton Honors Member, I did digital key and checked in online so I had no interaction with front desk staff. Other than those two minor discrepancies, it was a great place to stay.

Stephanie Johnson-Scott Sales Coordinator Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago River North 110 W. Huron Street Chicago, IL 60654 Hello, I wanted to inform you that Stephanie who had helped booked our rooms nights for our team was exceptional!!! Not only did she go above and beyond with accommodating our needs; she was organized and professional. Ever since the pandemic, real customer service experience is almost non-existent especially with the labor shortages that we had all experienced. This is the second time we have stayed at your property and Stephanie has definitely set the benchmark with knowing how to take care our guests and other guests as well.

It’s located conveniently and spacious room. We stayed at 16th floor on the city view room. It has a small kitchen with portable burner. Very limited choices of breakfast and repeated every day. They don’t have onsite parking, self parking garage which is two blocks from the hotel for $50/night. You can find a better rate if you book through the parking websites.

Too many issues with this place unable to really enjoy music and dancing because of the Neighbors upstairs.
