I am very disappointed in the quality of service of not only the food but the costumer service. When biting into my tamale I noticed something strange in my food, upon zooming into it with my phone I noticed a cooked ant into the maza. This is not the first time something had happened when ordering I keep trying to give them another chance but this was my last time trying . When calling to inform they did not believe and asked us to go to back with proof, took all the tamales plus the one with the ant and they did not believe me , the lady said it was not possible and scratched the piece of maza of trying to say it wasn't there but it was clearly cooked into it. Her excuse was that it has never happened before but when looking at reviews its not the first time. Got my money back but the lady was very rude. Sadly lost a customer

Excellent tamales...the red ones are good, but the green ones are delicious. They also serve menudo on the weekends... redefining, "yummy". Este tamaleria es sabroso!

Our usual spot is closed so we picked up tamales from here. We haven’t been here in a while. Now I remember why. The tamales are SO DRY. They were so hard to swallow. What a waste of masa and tamales as they are not even palatable. So sad. Will never be returning.

We liked the tamales until today when we bought a green dozen with large champurrado and when we opened the first tamale it had a cockroach. I couldn't believe it and to go to that place so far away for me to come out with their dirty things. I asked to speak to the person in charge and no one came out to show their face and the cashier didn't know what to say or do. What he did say was not to roast them there in that place. And I have photos and video. And I returned my entire order. And from seeing the reviews on Google I realized that this is not the first time this has happened. I hope the 3 locations are more careful with what they serve, especially where they are located.

Well, just finished buying a dozen of tamales the red ones flavored and not to pleased the meat was cut in cubes the size of cheese the and they dried quickly. we called and complained and she said oh people love our tamales never had a complaint. OK well no need to argue just let the public decide. Never again
Do not go here if you want to get charged triple. I was charged more than twice of the original price. I realized it once I saw my bank statements and I came to inform them. The lady simply said it wasn’t me who did it so I can’t give you the money back. Then she went to the back to speak to someone. In the end they told me to come back when the other employee comes to work and speak to that employee. Horrible service and horrible customer service from all employees. Now I have to make a claim with my bank. The original charge was supposed to be $22 and I was charged $54. Do not waste your money in this business.

Prices go up every so often and tamales get smaller/thinner with less meat. $2 for a dough ball with almost no filling You really pay for a wrapped dough ball smfh Si asi te mustan Los tamales this is the spot 4u Don't forget, u still get attitude from employees!

They barely have any filling. I’m basically eating masa. They raised the price on tamales too.
This is the 2nd time I buy tamales and they’re horrible. The quality has really gone down.

This is more a place to go buy tamales and take home to have a tasty Mexican brunch! The tamales are a hit or miss, I have been going here for over a year. There are times the dough is soft, melt in your mouth, the filling is saucy and meaty. Then there are times they are dry and hardly any meat or sauce. When the tamales are just right I give them a 10!!! Best place! But go on a bad day and you might regret taking my recommendation. Go at your own risk.

Great small local business to get yummy tamales. We love the green chicken. They have Menudo on the weekends.
