Roti Mediterranean Bowls. Salads. Pitas.

The bowls here are usually delicious. Not sure what happened with the chicken tonight but it was hard, dry and crunchy...almost like they were deep fried chicken fat chips versus chicken. WTH? I think whoever was working in the kitchen that night probably threw the chicken in the microwave and obliterated it.

I believe one of the ladies name was Ellie or Ally she was very generous due to em have technical difficulties. And the young lady that help prepare my food was very patient with me. Explaining everything to me with no problem. It was a great first experience also the chicken harissa salad was defly fye. Thanks so much again Roti.

Autumn and staff are amazing everytime I visit. They are very attentive and make my order precise everytime. The food is always fresh and delicious. I have not had a bad meal there and don't expect to. It is my favorite Roti in Chicago.

I ordered through GrubHub from this location. The roti bowl I ordered was a SODIUM BOMB. It was completely inedible. The chicken and feta were extremely over-salted. In addition, the Pita the sent me smelled awful and was dry/spoiled. It had mold growing on it. Who else did they feed this to?! Terrible.

The cashier A.J has outstanding customer service!. It was my first time going there and she was very patient with me as I viewed the menu and she was very helpful and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back. And I appreciate excellent service which A.J provided. Thank You

Been coming here for years, Suddenly was refused regular extra toppings for a mezze protein bowl. In the app every extra topping is available for free. Food is good, but service dropped off.

Edit: You should be ashamed of yourselves for the new pita bread size!

I had to come back to the location two different times for them to get my order right, by the 3rd screw up, i'm over it. That's enough times for me, i'll never return again! First they gave me nothing but kale when i asked for mixed greens. After coming back home, you can imagine i was disappointed because i HATE kale. Went and got it fixed to then notice they forgot my pita bread. Once returning home noticed they forgot my sauces. The best part? Their team saw my bad review and said they'd give me a credit for the meal and never did.

I used to love this place. I ignored when they cut the portion sizes by 1/3, but this is just madness.

I order from Roti all the time, never disappoints. Today must’ve been an off day for them and while I’d like to give them grace the way the customer service was makes it hard to see the positive. I did an online pick up I didn’t receive any of my sauces, okay fine you could even say that’s my fault for not looking, but nevertheless I took the L. As I’m eating my dry bowl I’m noticing half of the “spring mix” lettuce they gave me was majority iceberg lettuce..not even lettuce literally stems. I was at work and unable to return so I called explained and was put on hold for 15 mins. I hung up called back and got the manager this time, she was very rude cut me off she asked me for something but I couldn’t hear her I asked her to repeat herself. She proceeded to say “order number, ticket number” very condescending. I tell her calm down give her the order number and she goes silent for 45 seconds…I’m like hello she then tells me I’m getting a full refund. If the refund ever comes great, but the customer service was horrible, no apology nothing.

If you would like to pay $15 for a bowl of rice with 3 tiny pieces of meat and a pinch of toppings, this is the place for you

I guess you only get half a pita now with a bowl even though prices have gone up 🙄 (I ate the bite off)

I spit out most of the steak in my Mezze Protein Bowl, completely inedible . The rest of it had absolutely no taste. What an incredible waste of money and calories.

Poor service unprofessional the guy with the pony tail is very unorganized and doesn't know what he is doing.
