Driest and tiniest pieces of meat provided. Came in on a Sunday, so clearly all leftovers from the week that have been reheated to a crisp. Genuinely surprised that the worker was even dishing out such meat.

The food is great. It was one my favorite places but recently I see portion size reduced and the price went up. I think the portion size is small only in this location as I haven't experienced the same in other locations. You would barely find proteins even though I asked for extra protein in my order. ?

I was so impressed by the service at this location, particularly with the manager, Andrea.There was an error with my delivery order for a large group of people, and the order never showed due to Door Dash. When I called and explained, Andrea went out of her way to get a new order made and delivered within the hour to ensure our group was fed.She was thoughtful and resourceful. She worked with the catering department to ensure the order was delivered correctly and even had the delivery person call me before coming with the delivery. I am so grateful and will definitely come back to work with Andrea!

Pretty decent - I had the harissa chicken bowl and was told what it was without being given further options. It tasted good so I wasn't mad about it but the fellow didn't ask if I wanted anything else. Customer service is lacking but the young man was a hard worker - if he takes his time he could be great!
Erika and Joelle were super helpful and generous to my mother and I! Such a pleasant experience. My only negative was that the chicken tasted a little funky..

Roti Mediterranean food was just not great and okay. The flavors were bland, mediocre. The meat portions were small, and the service was great. While the atmosphere was pleasant, there was nothing particularly special about the overall experience. It's an okay spot if you're in the area, but there are probably better Mediterranean options in Chicago.
