Use their own app or kiosk inside to avoid a dumb service fee that solely goes to the building. Other than that great place for a corporate lunch

Manager at this location is extremely disrespectful, condescending and rude yelling at customers every day! Someone file harassment charges!

Swing by Rustle & Roux up on the mezzanine in the Franklin Building, spent around $22 on shrimp tacos and a mini salad bar mix, plus a small mac & cheese side. Tacos were solid, fresh and tasty and salad bar was legit, crisp toppings and dressings. Service was chill and spot’s got that hidden “secret‑cafe” vibe, though it can get noisy with TVs blasting. Still worth a lunch pop‑in.

If you're looking for a spot that offers a variety of options, Rustle & Roux is the place to be. Located in the Franklin Building, this food court features multiple stations catering to different tastes. I recently grabbed a hearty breakfast here, spending about $10. I went for the 3-egg omelet with a mix of fillings, which was both filling and flavorful. The staff was friendly, and the seating area had a comfortable vibe. Whether you're in the mood for breakfast, a quick lunch, or just a snack, Rustle & Roux has got you covered.

It was good pre-pandemic. Now you need to order food at a kiosk and its just another generic place.

Just ordered a turkey club and it had mold on the meat. If I figure out how to contact the health department I will be doing that.

Good variety of food. Prices have always been high and now they are just atrocious.

This place used to be the best. Massive custom omelettes for under $10. Now they’ve removed their cashiers and have these ordering kiosks. So impersonal and expensive. Also 24¢ for a cup of water.

It was good for a while. Been working in the building 10 years, ate there almost 4 days a week. Tjr food was actually something to talk about. I don't think they realize people are back in the offices now. Salad bar is usually picked over by noon and never replenished. Recently they removed their cashiers, a self checkout is how it is done. Pricing goes up but portions are going down and quality is pretty much a shell of what it was. Compound lackluster customer service with dwindling quality. I'll go to Jimmy John's.

Yummiest place for lunch.

While the food is decent and convenient, the Manager is despicable to workers and customers of color. He talks down to them, is demeaning and demoralizing. He is unfriendly with customers of color and due to his involvement I will no longer patronize this establishment. It’s a shame to still see this in 2023!

While convenient since it is in my office building, the service is pretty abysmal. I tried to order breakfast this morning but was roundly ignored for several minutes by workers with their backs to me. I understand they were busy preparing other orders, but a simple "We'll be with you soon" seems appropriate. They looked and saw me standing there. I ended up leaving without ordering because I couldn't wait any longer.Additionally often during peak breakfast and lunch times, there is only one available cashier for check out, resulting in long wait times. The food itself is usually good, but the long waits just make it not worth it because it is too frustrating.
