Saladworks is fine if you’re looking for a quick, healthy bite, but it doesn’t always deliver on freshness or flavor. The ingredients are generally good, but sometimes the greens or toppings don’t seem as crisp as they should be. The build-your-own salad options are convenient, and service is usually friendly, though a bit rushed during lunch hours. It’s a decent choice for something light and customizable, but nothing that really stands out. Solid, but not special.

Most bland and boring salad I've had in a while (too much lettuce, too little toppings, boring dressing). The chicken pieces especially weren't great. Wouldn't eat there again.

claimed 5 lettuce bases but had only 2, o and one of them was extra. Same with the 5 ingredients included… lettuce counted towards it, so it is only 4, and some of the ingredients listed were extra, but that is not said in the sign. Not coming again.

Terrible! Lettuce was soggy, chicken was slimy!

The chicken is fake and rubbery, the wrap tore apart easily.

Never actually ate here but standing in line I watched the workers give attitude to people ordering so I turned away. I walked past later as they were closing and watched them putting containers in the fridge with no covers, GROSS!!! Do not eat here, they’re asking to transfer food born illnesses

This is the worst salad place. I’ve been to hands-down. And they try to nickel and Ukrainian extra added to the salad without letting you know avoid this place.

Great salad options for an airport! They made it fast and gave me a hefty sized wrap with a lot of dressing! I enjoyed my wrap and definitely think the other reviews are exaggerated. I recommend their Asian salad!

Couldn't figure out why they were laughing. Completely made me the wrong salad and laughed. Avoid these jerks.

Sidney Owens

Terrible, bland, inedible salad at an extravegent price.

I never give reviews. - please please do not eat from here. Save your money. The salads are disgusting

It was fine. Very standard salad, decent selection of toppings to customize. If you’re looking for something vegan, this would be a good choice. All the veggies seemed fresh. It’s a little overpriced for salad, but that’s airport food.
The service was neither friendly nor unfriendly, but efficient.
This airport location only does salads and wraps, no grain bowls like you’ll see on the online menu.

I have had several terrible salads from this place, but it’s basically the only “healthy” option at O’Hare.

A salad and wrap shop that you don't see very often in Japan. If you were fluent in English, you would be able to order what you liked, but I wasn't sure, so I ordered Asian crispy chicken salad and smoky bbq crispy chicken salad as wraps from the pre-determined combinations. It's a little expensive (~13 USD) by Japanese standards, but I had no complaints about the volume or taste. I want to acquire the English skills to be able to customize orders to my liking at these stores.
