Tried to see a comedy show in June at this venue and never received my ticket. Called and emailed multiple times and no response.

The seating could be better. Would recommend to head out early before all of the tables are taken. The non-table seating makes it hard to see the stage.
HORRIBLE!!!! Took our money when we pre ordered food and when we showed up it was closed. The people where in there but didn’t serve out food

I ordered through Grubhub last evening and after an hour they decided to cancel my work order lol. Safe to say I will never order again from them.
Love this place. Always go for the nachos and the environment.

Though the bar is dark and dated, the people are friendly and the food is really good. I’ll go back.

When foreigners start a business in America, this is what you get..
Wanted to try something new. The pizza looked exactly as advertised but the taste wasn’t anything special. While chewing a piece I felt something hard. I thought it was just clumped seasoning or something but when I spit it out I found what looks like a tooth and is just as hard. I dont recommend ordering from this

I live in the Lakeshore East neighborhood (right behind 400 Randolph) Mostly just a restaurant for food delivery. When it’s late they don’t let you up to the 7th floor to get your order & if you happen to make a clerical error inputting your info you have to jump through hoops to get your food.

Great place, but the bartender added an additional 50% tip to my original bill without my approval, which is terrible.

... just an update... apparently the bartender that I mentioned in my previous post is no longer employed there.Too bad because Chastity is an excellent bartender.
This is a nice bar that apparently reopened recently. The Happy Hour is until 7pm and the apps were half off on the Wednesday I was there. The menu is reasonably priced and the burgers are tasty. The bartender was friendly and on point. I plan on checking it out on Friday night so I can enjoy the karaoke! ?(Just remember... they are one the 7th floor of the building) Cheers! ?

It says it’s open for dine in. We called to confirm and the recording said karaoke starts tonight at 8. We get here and it’s only open for take out. The phone recording nor the website says anything about this. Extremely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. I never leave reviews, but this was so frustrating I needed to.
Don’t trust the call in recording, this is only a takeout restaurant. Even if you call in and the recording says, karaoke starts at eight, that must be an old recording.Pretty unprofessional place
